Refund policy

THIS POLICY IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR PURCHASED PRODUCTS - NOT RENTALS

It's simple: Not satisfied with your purchase? Return it!
No Return Authorization required. No Problem.
At Artistica, we stand behind our products, and our loyal customers.
We will gladly exchange it for the same or another product, or issue a full refund* upon receipt of your return. No Problem!
Please follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item(s):
1) Carefully repack the item(s) in their original packaging.
2) Enclosed a copy of your Packing Slip or Order Receipt.
3) Write us a note stating the reason for your return and if you like a replacement or a refund.
4) Please return your package fully insured via UPS, FedEx or US Postal Service to:
Artistica | 1874 Johns Drive | Glenview, IL 60025 and keep your receipt, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit.

*S&H Costs are not refundable - Please allow about 2 weeks for refund processing.

Once your return is received and inspected, if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@artistica.com and send your item to: 1874 Johns Drive, Glenview, IL 60095.
